I designed and shipped core features across business banking web, mobile, and admin platforms, building intuitive tools that help SMEs manage their finances efficiently. My work spans end-to-end design of products such as virtual and physical cards, savings solutions, and key operational features including multi-business management, disputes, insights, terminal updates, and leaderboard experiences.
I focus on ensuring consistency and feature parity across platforms by translating products from web to mobile, improving accessibility and usability. Working closely with product managers, engineers, operations, and marketing teams, I deliver user-centered solutions that balance usability, scalability, and business impact while supporting roadmap execution and sprint delivery.
